Grit, drive, and a reason to build.
I'm from Norway, a country that produces exceptional talent and ambitious founders. I could have built a comfortable career there. Instead I moved to New York City, earned my MBA in finance, and bet on myself in the most competitive startup ecosystem in the world. That decision tells you most of what you need to know about me.
My way into Web3 came through the communities doing the real work of opening this industry to women: SheFi, Stand With Crypto, the International Association of Women. What I saw there changed my direction. Women aren't missing from crypto because they aren't interested. They're missing because no one built for their trust, their education, or their confidence.
So that's what I build now. As a founding team member and Head of Operations at CryptoGal Inc., I take that mission and give it structure: the systems, timelines, budgets, and pipelines that turn a movement into a company. Scandinavian precision, applied to startup chaos, in service of something that matters.
